Our newest service to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. We know that it takes more than just a couple of workouts a week to help you get to your goals, so, we are here to go the extra distance with you. Our mission: on-going counseling even when you aren’t in the studio with us, to maximize your fitness by weekly accountability to keep you on track with your diet and exercise routines. In addition, we will offer group activities and encourage you to find workout partners. It always helps to have a workout buddy to keep you on track. We are building a health and wellness community.
